You have reached Tim Culey's home page. In some small way this is an attempt to bring the traditions of the Culey family into the new millenium.
No matter where we roam or ultimately call "home", no matter how many generations deep or wide we go, there remains a genuine love of good food and good conversation. We love to cook, we love to eat and we love a good joke.
This, then, is a snapshot of that tradition. My goal is to provide a few recipes and to share a little humor.
In the words of my Celtic ancestors, "May the Good Lord take a liking to you, and may you be a half-an-hour in heaven before the devil knows you are dead!"
